Reffett Construction was founded in 2016 and, in 2024, transitioned into Reffett Construction & Concrete Inc. (RCCI) as an incorporated company.
While the name evolved, the ownership and commitment to quality craftsmanship have remained the same.
Our roots in the construction industry run deep. Michael Reffett Sr., Austin Reffett’s grandfather, established Michael Reffett Construction in 1974. For nearly 30 years, Michael Reffett Jr. (now owner of RCCI) played a key role in the company, with Austin gaining hands-on experience from a young age. Following Michael Sr. ’s retirement, Austin and Mike Jr. carried on the family legacy by launching Reffett Construction, laying the foundation for the strong and growing company we are today.
